Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sound Alert mobile application ("App") operated by Smart Alert Tech LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sound Alert is a mobile application that provides intelligent volume management features for Android devices. The App offers both free and premium subscription-based features.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Account

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account or sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers premium features through subscription plans. By subscribing:

• Payment is processed through Google Play Billing and is subject to Google Play's terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Smart Alert Tech LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Sound Alert" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Smart Alert Tech LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Alert Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Permissions

The App may request certain device permissions to function properly. Each permission is used solely for the purpose of providing the App's core functionality. You can manage permissions through your device settings at any time.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the App and on our website. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
